FAQ

Usps.com Return Policy?

The Return Policy of USPS is as follows: USPS provides a service called Returns Made Easy. Customers can box their return items, label them, and send them all from home. The return shipment must include an appropriate, postage-paid Postal Service label. The items must be mailable according to Postal Service standards. USPS also offers free Package Pickup of your USPS return shipment. Customers can print a shipping label with postage from their own printer, then schedule a Package Pickup. USPS also provides tracking from pickup to final delivery.

As for the Shipping Policy, USPS offers convenient domestic shipping. Customers can pay for postage and print a shipping label from their printer. If a printer is not available, USPS can deliver labels to the customer's address for a small fee or customers can print them at a Post Office location. USPS also offers free Package Pickup from your home or office. USPS provides several shipping services based on delivery speed, cost, and additional services like tracking and insurance. Customers are responsible for reviewing USPS Publication 52, Hazardous, Restricted, & Perishable Mail to find out if their item is mailable. They must comply with Postal Service regulations and U.S. laws and regulations. They are also responsible for packing their package securely and marking it as required. Some items are prohibited and some are restricted. Hazardous materials might be prohibited or restricted. If customers are mailing packages that contain hazardous materials, they must separate these packages from all other packages and present them in a container marked "HAZMAT". If customers knowingly mail materials that are dangerous or injurious to life, health, or property, they face a civil penalty of at least $250, the costs of any cleanup, and damages. They may also face criminal penalties. USPS also provides a tutorial on sending hazardous materials, HAZMAT Shipping Safety.
